I had one of the best photo shoots of my life the night I shot this picture. I was alone, but it was a wicked fun night as I was exploring and shooting pictures of the otherworldly landscape. The weather, landscape and the atmosphere was truly inspiring. There is a little of lense distortion, but it does actually work for the picture here IMO. Long exposure, bracketed (2), blended in PS, usm.

When I look at this I get a strong sense of peaceful loneliness. The little wisps of color on the horizon give me a sense of hope, warmth and longing. I’ve stared at this for a longtime. It’s a very beautiful photo, Bjorn.

The sea looks very nice and calm indeed....and I really like that rock island(it looks like whale :-) )....
Also the sky colours are very nice...Great photo!!!!

Absolutely beautiful. I love the small, darker pool of water in the front, it serves as a nice contrast and jagged focal point (for myself atleast <_< ). The slight hint of color in the sunset is gorgeous as well, it's not overly dramatic or distracting. Magnificent picture as always, you manage to capture landscapes perfectly. =D :+fav:
